  • Critical Illness Insurance employees can purchase for themselves and their families - In response to requests from some of our member companies, BCCA Employee Benefits is now able to offer critical illness insurance that can be purchased by the employee for themselves and/or their families. This provides both employers and employees with additional flexible options for coverage. More information on the program is provided in our newsletter for employees. You may also wish to provide the following to your employees:

Customer Satisfaction survey results

Thank you again to all who participated in our annual survey. We are very proud of the results as we saw increases in almost all categories. Our team works hard throughout the year to make sure that we offer you the best customer service and provide the best value in the benefits industry. A few highlights:

  • 87.2% agree that bClear benefits provides flexibility and good selection of benefits.
  • 91.8% were willing to recommend bClear benefits to other companies or associates.
  • 96.9% were satisfied, overall, with bClear benefits.

We are also happy to announce the winner of the ipad mini was Wendolynn Reimer from D/R Energy Wise Distributors. We also gave away 11 mini speakers to participants that were randomly drawn.

Benefits with Friends Referral Program

If you know someone in the construction industry who might be interested in a group employee benefit plan, we would like to speak with them to see if they might be interested in the services we can provide. Bill 14 Workplace Bullying and Harassment policies

Worksafe Sam from Worksafe BC  reminds you to take a few seconds and sit up straight or stretch or look away from the computer screen

f.lux  adjusts the light on your computer screen monitor to correspond with the sun or darkness based on your geographical location

Workplace Check  Healthy Families BC has a quick 5 minute survey on healthy workplaces and gives you a scorecard and action steps you can take to improve the health of your workplace
