CRA Changes withholding tax process for taxable disability plans
The Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) has made some changes to the way taxable disability benefits are calculated. Starting January 1, 2015, the CRA will require tax to be deducted from disability benefit payments as they are issued to claimants throughout the year. This change only applies to insured short-term and long-term disability benefits that are already taxable. Existing claimants will be notified by letter. 2014 Client Satisfaction Survey
We would like to thank the 155 people that completed our client satisfaction survey. This year's survey was managed by Cohesium Research, an independent marketing research company. We were very pleased with the results and that overall our clients continue to be satisfied with bClear benefits. We will review the areas identified for improvement and look at ways that we can grow stronger.
